This socially conscious concept not only supports the local economy, but also promotes environmental and health benefits, not to mention the meals just taste so incredibly clean and fresh.

A four-course Localvore menu is available daily.  Some of the Localvore dishes will include:

Grilled barramundi with pumpkin puree, sun dried banana salad.

Seared grain fed strip loin with a potato and red cap puree with beefalo glaze

Beefalo eye fillet wrapped in Berkshire bacon with a zucchini tomato Jap pumpkin stack

Red claw grilled with a tom cucumber mesc. Salad

T/ bone char grilled with boc choy, green beans water spinach puree and mulberry jam glaze

Coral trout with dried mangos, with preserved lemon lime and mandarin with honey and lime saucen
