No deposit taken, full payment required on check -in, credit card required for check - in.

We have a strict no party policy on our premises. Only hotel guests are premitted onsite after 9pm.

Cancellation made within 24 hrs of arrival incur a 1 night cancellation fee.

On check in guests will be required to sign a declaration regarding negligence which may result in setting off the hotel fire alarms.
False activation of a fire alarm incurs a penalty which will automatically be charged to the guest responsible.

POOL RENOVATION NOTICE.
The hotel's pool area will be undergoing renovations from 23rd February until late July 2013, so pool facilities will not be available during this period. Airlie Beach lagoon is located a few hundred metres from the hotel for guests wanting to swim.
